I just watched “the ward” on netflix. i’ll say its not really what i expected at all, without giving anything away. overall - i really liked the “look” of the movie, all though they could have done with a scarier ”bad guy”. and though There are several inconsistencies with the time period they’re going for, a 1960’s “feel” always bodes well for horror movies. i wouldn’t say it’s the best movie ive seen recently, but i enjoyed it while doing my homework.
